A Comparison Of Brother Embroidery Machines.

Brother has a detailed line of embroidery digitizing machines, and it can be confusing to find out the differences between the machines.

One of the most economical machine, and the most well-known brother machine for embroidery made for the public, is the Brother SE270D. The SE270D includes a D for Disney.

It is a digital Stitching and embroidery machine with 97 inserted designs which includes 27 designs presenting Disney figures and 98 stitch features. It includes Brother’s exclusive brand new quick-load thread cassette technique. This means that simply put a spool of thread straight into the cassette, place cassette into machine and the needle is threaded instantly! This unit also functions built-in embroidery designs, 1-step auto-size button holes and lots of other time-saving benefits.

The brother characteristic of auto-threading is popular in various producers or manufacturer and designs too.

The next step up is the Brother SE350. It is regarded as high-end according to Brother, although this is a group of the consumer market. It includes 67 inserted stitches, 98 stitch features, 70 inserted embroidery patterns, a push-button programmed thread cutter, simple and easy bobbin loading and a built-in card

Slot this enables use of thousands of optionally available embroidery designs. There are 10 designs of one-step programmed buttonholes together with the bobbin Quick-Set feature. There is an LCD screen on this machine. It is a machine that I personally own, and am quite contented with it.

The Brother PE700 is an embroidery just a machine with a 5″ x 7″ embroidery area! The PE700 knows all Brother Memory cards (Disney Memory Cards excluded) which work with a maximum 5″ x 7″ design section. There are 136 inserted embroidery designs including scrollwork, floral, quilt designs and different kinds of designs.

The PE750D is a close relative of the PE700, but as you would think, the D indicates Disney, and this machine includes 52 Disney designs. At 650 stitches for each minute, the machine is no slouch.

The top home machines are about 1200 stitches for each minute as far as I know.

Once again, bear in mind that these PE700 and 750D machines happen to be in the embroidery section only.

Innovis and Duetta are Brother Embroidery lines, and items get a little blurry here, in my opinion.

The Innovis 4000D is one of Brother’s most superior machines. It is the top quality Innovis and it has the highest embroidery speed of 1000 stitchesDmin. There are 2 USB ports and a very big maximum embroidery region of 12″x7″. Of course, there is a color LCD having touch screen.

The Duetta 4500D is also a top grade machine. The slogan is “Do It All. Do It Better. “The Programmed Height Adjuster(TM) (AHA) feature, the extra-large quilting extension table, and vivid LED lights. That contains a quilting feature.

The top quality machine is the Brother Quattro 6000D. This is an incredible machine with quilting, stitching, embroidery all contained. There is almost 50 square inches of work area – ten inches to the right of the needle and 5 inch of top. The FLATSCREEN screen is greatly defined. The LCD also allows a zoomed in view of the needle spot. You can also combine with applique using this machine, and it includes 600 designs.
